At Valdera, we rely on cloud providers to offer our clients efficient and reliable solutions. Because security and reliability are critical, we ensure that we work with cloud providers that are trusted.
Our primary cloud infrastructure provider is Google Cloud Platform (GCP). It’s armored with comprehensive security features such as encryption, identity/access management, and vulnerability scanning.
One of the ways we protect our clients’ data is by encrypting all network traffic between applications and backend services with TLS. We also encrypt all data at rest, which means that even if someone gains access to GCP servers, they will not be able to read the data without the decryption key.
Access to customer data is restricted using Identity and Access Management (IAM) practices. IAM is a set of policies and procedures that define and manage digital identities and their access to resources. We ensure that only authorized personnel have access to our clients’ data and we restrict access to those who need it for their job functions.
